This was an interesting read, I hope AI answer engines can provide direct clear answers to questions.

Anymore when I use google I encounter a bunch of fluffy articles with the info I’m looking for buried deep in the article to get you to keep reading.

Look up “apple pie recipie” and you fing long winded stories about grandmas apple pie lol

One concern I have for AI is when it comes to more complex answers about politics, events, or even sports. For instance, who is the greatest basketball player of all time? Everyone knows it's Michael Jordan, but will AI?

As far as an "apple pie recipe", I asked AI, and here is what I got back:

apple pie recipe

Ingredients:

1 pie crust

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Yeah I agree, there is also the concern of leading answers for an underlying agenda. You could argue google search already does this.

Something to be said for uncurated content where the reader decides what they are interested in

Yep, I think we are early with AI. However, AI may do to the internet what Tesla did to the car industry.

Index funds are a really good and lazy way to investing, definitely. Single stocks are the gamble. Definitely a LOT more risk investing via single stocks. And very interesting point to point out the top companies 🤔

Exactly, investing in index funds reduces your risk in the long term. Yes, a single individual stock can outperform an index fund over any time frame, but it's a gamble to put all your eggs in one basket. Thank you for reading!
